Request a correction

This is an independent, unofficial product. The data shown comes from a 24/08/2026 snapshot and may contain errors, namesakes or outdated information. Anyone may request rectification, completion or removal.

There is no electronic form in this version: a submission here would not be stored, and simulating receipt would be misleading. Use the template below and send it through the internal Trustee OS contact channel.

How the corrections policy works

1. Identify the record

Copy the profile URL and the source line shown in the audit footer. That is what lets us trace the value back to the original snapshot.

2. Describe the problem precisely

Spelling error, namesake, a record that is not an insolvency administrator, duplication, divergent count, or a removal request on sensitive personal data.

3. Attach public evidence

We prefer verifiable public documents: a court publication, an appointment order, or a professional or commercial registry entry.

4. Human review

No correction is applied automatically. Every change is reviewed, versioned and recorded in the record's audit trail.

Turnaround and limits

  • Removal requests involving sealed proceedings or sensitive personal data have top priority.
  • Requests that depend on data not yet imported (individual proceedings) are logged as coverage gaps.
  • We do not remove public information merely because it is unfavourable, but we correct any proven inaccuracy.
  • Corrections to the 1-AJs_portal_24-08-2026.xlsx snapshot are applied in the next audited version, never by silent edit.
